These parameters are expressed in our quality policies, as follows:

The necessary conditions for DST to deliver a product without errors are both in our administration and in the production, fully to comply with customer specifications, relevant standards and other demands. A thorough quality control must guarantee that errors are discovered as early as possible in order to minimize costs and delays.

The necessary conditions in order to deliver on time is a planning that precisely and realistic describes a products way from the time where it is received, further through the different phases and processes in the company and until delivered to the customer. Planning must be the key tool in management of the product from start to finish and should be observed everywhere in DST. Any changes and adjustments must be implemented immediately, communicated to the customer and to all relevant parties in DST.

3.
Based on a goal of being available to our customers when they need us the DST employees must be very flexible when it comes to administration and production at odd hours.
The necessary conditions for DST to comply with customers wishes and demands on having products and services delivered with short notice, at odd hours or adapted to special specifications are a highly flexible staff everywhere in the company. Further it is absolutely necessary that decisions can be taken fast and with short notice which calls for a wide spread delegation of responsibilities into the organisation.

In order for above mentioned policies to be observed they must be further elaborated through goals and action plans integrated in the DST quality management system. Follow up on specific actions and corrective or preventive measures are a responsibility of the management but all employees in the company should be aware of these measures. Board of Directors and Management must continuously evaluate the implementation and effects of the quality policies in DST.
