Administration & Financial
This department is headed by a manager responsible for the entire financial department and administration in DST, including reception, secretariat, HR, IT, accounting, financial control and reporting etc.

The Manager for Administration & Financial is a part of the DST management team.

Job profiles in the administration and financial department are Receptionist, Secretary, Human Resource Clerk, Information Technology Specialist and Bookkeeper.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
This department is headed by a manager responsible for quality assurance, quality control, health & safety, environmental control, documentation, audits internally in DST, audits on suppliers and contractors, compliance with legislation and society demands etc.

The QHSE Manager is a part of the DST management team.

Job profiles in QHSE department are Quality Inspector, Health & Safety Inspector, Environmental Watch Clerk, Documentation Clerk, Internal Auditor and External Auditor.

Sales & Marketing
This department is headed by a manager responsible for the sales and marketing department, including contact to new and existing customers, networking, exhibitions, home page, advertising, customer resource management and after sales services.
The Sales & Marketing Manager is a part of the DST management team.

Job profiles in the sales and marketing department are Technical Adviser and Marketing Clerk.

Production
The production is headed by a manager responsible for the entire production, including job packing, cutting, sharpening, welding in carbon steel, welding in stainless steel, fitting, dimensional verification, post welding heat treatment, pressure testing, non destructive examination and work at customers premises like offshore installations etc.

The Production Manager is a part of the DST management team.

Job profiles in the production are Foreman, Fitter, Mechanic, Welder, PWHT Specialist, Pressure Testing Specialist and NDE Specialist.

Project & Engineering
The department for project work and engineering is headed by a manager responsible for all projects and engineering, including quotations, orders, commitment with suppliers, order management, documents and drawings for production, communication with customer and other departments in DST.

The Project & Engineering Manager is a part of the DST management team.

Job profiles in the project and engineering department are Project Manager, Engineer and Technical Assistant.

The department is headed by a manager responsible for all purchase and logistics, including contact to suppliers, negotiating terms, goods reception, stock, consumables, logistics, order packing and transportation.
