Dansk Svejse Teknik A/S is a specialist company when it comes to welding, fitting and erection of spools, structures and complete racks etc. in any material and size to the up stream oil and gas industry.

Our focus is to supply only the best quality based on customer specifications and relevant standards, to deliver on time and to be available for consulting and production at any given time all year round.

Technology:
DST is based on welding technology and we constantly seek to develop and optimize our production through a close corporation with suppliers of welding machines and new technology. DST holds a large number of welding procedures covering most carbon and stainless steel materials in any size. Technology and machines are one part of our high quality whereas employment of only the best welders represents the other, very important part.

Facilities:   
DST is based in Esbjerg, Denmark with second to none facilities, including 8,500 m² indoor production facilities, 34,000 m² surrounding stock area and 3,000 m² state of the art coating shop. The production also includes pressure testing, post welding heat treatment, NDE in terms of x-ray and ultra sound examination, as well as the above mentioned painting shop enabling us to finish small items as well as large structures almost under one roof.

QHSE:
DST supplies the finest products through a competent quality assurance and control but at the same time we are focused on the safety, health and well being of our staff as well as on protection of the environment.
DST is fully certified according to DS/EN ISO 9001 as the quality management system, according to DS/EN ISO 14001 as the environmental management system and according to DS/OHSAS 18001 as the health and safety management system.

Competences:   
Our competences range from manufacturing of single spools and spool packages in any material and up to finishing large scale process units and pipe racks etc. based on customer specification and demands as well as related to relevant standards etc. Further we offer assistance during installation in terms of i.e. supervisor, foremen or welders. An important part of the DST concept is our flexibility offering consulting or production 24 hours a day, all year round.

Organisation:
DST has a rather horizontal organisation where responsibility and competences are delegated as much as possible, enabling fast decisions when necessary. Our highly competent staff is the most important asset in this management structure and also when it comes to ensuring the highest quality, the delivery on time and the famous DST flexibility. Not everyone fits in at DST but once you are a part of it the relaxed climate and the fine culture gets in your blood.

Communication:
One of the very important things for DST is the communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, employees and other partners, for instance the weekly progress report on orders, news mails, informal technical talks with customers, monthly internal information and so on. This is an area we constantly strive to improve listening to all remarks, viewpoints and aspects given to us, especially from important, long term corporation partners, suppliers and contractors etc.
